ARS Excelsoft is a maritime-focused digital initiative created to support seafarers, maritime students, training centers, and manning agencies with practical and easy-to-use learning tools.
The Maritime Digital Solution and Compliance tools platform is designed to help users practice for oral and written examinations, prepare for Port State Control inspections, and strengthen their knowledge of key conventions and procedures.
The project is developed and maintained by Capt. ARS, drawing from real onboard experience, PSC observations, and practical shipboard routines.
